House cleaning

Recurring house cleaning is the Giddy core visit: kitchens, bathrooms, floors, counters, and dusting, priced by bedrooms and baths. Weekly, every-other-week, or monthly is a cadence on the quote — a dispatcher still confirms the first date. Dishes in the sink and one laundry load are optional extras with a hard cap, not in the base package. Carpet extraction stays a separate line. Evergreen 80439 may show a $35 belt fee. Ken Caryl does not.

Carpet cleaning

Upholstery & couch cleaning

Upholstery is where west-metro living actually sits. We identify fiber, test a hidden seam, then extract rather than steam-blast delicate weaves. Sectionals are quoted as sectionals, not 'a couch plus a surprise.' Dining chairs, ottomans, and office reception seats can ride along on a carpet day or stand alone. If you have kids, pets, or a sun-faded living room, the concierge will recommend protectant only when the fabric can take it.

Tile & grout cleaning

Jefferson County winter sand and foothill clay stain grout in a way a mop never touches. We use rotary agitation and controlled chemistry, then extract the slurry so you are not walking on dirty foam. Showers, kitchen backsplashes we can reach, and entry tile are quoted as rooms — not mystery square footage after we arrive. This is a small slice of our work and a high-satisfaction one. Sealant is optional and disclosed in the quote.

Belmar lofts, Edgewater walk-ups, and Golden cottages do not want 200 feet of hose in a hallway. We designed the apartment offer around portable extractors, water access, and elevator reservations when a building has one. The booking concierge collects parking and pet policy before dispatch. Move-out packages are written for property managers who need a unit turned, not a lifestyle consult.

Commercial work is five percent of many carpet companies' stories and a much larger share of how this one should grow. We book offices, medical waiting rooms, and retail after hours or before open — on the same west-metro blob as the houses. Property managers can stack turnovers. Recurring 6- or 12-month cycles match how commercial fiber actually soils along Wadsworth and C-470.
