Recurring house cleaning is what we price first. These are honest bands for a typical west-metro home out of Lakewood — not a teaser that jumps once the visit is scoped.

Add-on only. Quoted after we know fiber, soil, and whether it is same-day.
Larger homes, pets, heavy build-up, and tight dates sit above the band. Smaller condos sit below. A person confirms the number before anyone comes. 100% satisfaction. 100% clean, every time. If a room isn’t right, we come back and finish it.
On a regular day
- Kitchen counters, sink, stovetop, appliance faces
- Bathrooms: toilets, tubs, showers, mirrors, sinks
- Floors vacuumed and mopped
- Dust you can reach without a ladder show
- Beds made if you want them that way
- Trash out

- Laundry — one load, extra, only if you add it
- Dishes — what is already in the sink, extra, not a kitchen reset
- Carpet extraction — an add-on, quoted by the room
- Closets and garages stay yours unless we scope them first
Cadence
Weekly when the house works hard. Every other week for most of the list. Monthly if the house is light and you still want a professional wipe. One-time visits exist for a move or a week that got away. Same two-person teams. Same towns. Same guarantee.
The first visit usually runs longer — and higher — than the recurring band. After that, the house should settle into a number you can plan on.
