GiddyHome Cleaning

Lakewood hub · west metro

Recurring house cleaning. That lift when the kitchen is already done.

Giddy Home Cleaning dispatches a crew from Lakewood — a local desk, not a national script. House cleaning is the weekly visit. Carpet is an occasional add on homes we already know.

How it works

Three beats. No surprise van.

01

Size the house

Beds, baths, ZIP, and how often you want us back. The number shows before anyone starts a van.

02

Request a window

Pick a two-hour slot. That is a request. Boulder and downtown Denver ZIPs stop here.

03

A person confirms

The Lakewood desk reads the route. Until they write back, nobody is on your porch.

The regular visit

House cleaning

Weekly or every other week in Lakewood, Golden, Wheat Ridge, and the rest of the west-metro list. Frequency is a cadence on the quote. A dispatcher still has to like the first date.

Carpet extraction

An upsell on homes already on the calendar. Deposit through Stripe Checkout when that account is live; remainder after. Not the thing we lead with.

Service area

West metro. Ten towns, not the whole range.

Lakewood, Golden, Wheat Ridge, Edgewater, Applewood, Green Mountain, Belmar, Morrison, Evergreen, Ken Caryl. Not Boulder, downtown Denver, Aurora, Highlands Ranch, Parker, or Centennial.

Before you request.

Where do you actually drive?

Lakewood is the hub. We book Golden, Wheat Ridge, Edgewater, Applewood, Green Mountain, Belmar, Morrison, Evergreen, and Ken Caryl. Boulder, downtown Denver, Aurora, Highlands Ranch, Parker, Centennial, and Conifer are outside this list. The quote tool rejects those ZIPs.

Is house cleaning or carpet the main job?

Recurring house cleaning is the core product. Carpet extraction is an occasional upsell on the same homes — a separate line, not the default visit.

Are dishes and laundry included?

No. They are optional add-ons with a hard cap: dishes already in the sink, and one laundry load. Extra dollars show on the quote. They are not in the base package.

Does the website confirm a crew?

No. You get a live quote and send a request. A dispatcher reviews the ZIP and the window, then confirms. Until that human step, no crew is assigned.

How do I reach you?

Use the contact form or the booking desk. Email is hello@giddyhomecleaning.com (coming soon while DNS is finishing). We do not publish a phone number on this site.

Do you charge extra for Evergreen?

Evergreen 80439 sits on the mountain belt. A $35 routing fee may appear on the quote. Ken Caryl 80127 is inner-ring and does not take that add.

How do I pay?

Card on file through a separate Giddy Stripe account when that is live. Recurring house cleaning uses Stripe Billing. Carpet takes a deposit now and the remainder after the visit. This deploy can store a request without Stripe keys.
