What do you actually clean?
Houses, on a repeating schedule. Kitchen, bathrooms, floors, dust. Two experienced cleaners, one visit. Carpet is extra, usually on a house we already know.

What does a typical visit cost?
A typical 3-bed, 2-bath west-metro house on a regular schedule runs $285–$365. First or one-time visits for that same house are usually $395–$520. Carpet is $125–$185 a room. A person confirms the number before anyone comes.
Where do you drive?
Lakewood, Golden, Wheat Ridge, Edgewater, Applewood, Green Mountain, Belmar, Morrison, Evergreen, Ken Caryl. Hub is Lakewood. We do not go to Boulder, downtown Denver, Aurora, Highlands Ranch, Parker, Centennial.
Do you do dishes or laundry?
Only if you add them, and they stay capped: dishes already in the sink, one laundry load. They are extras — not the reason we come.
Can the site book a crew for Thursday?
No. The desk and the form collect a request. A person in Lakewood confirms the visit and the team. If anything on the internet says you are confirmed, it is wrong.
What if a room isn’t right?
100% satisfaction. 100% clean, every time. If a room isn’t right, we come back and finish it.
How do I reach you?
The contact form or the request form. We do not publish a phone number or an inbox on this site.
Who is in the house?
A two-person team we hired carefully and pay well — often with a share of the visit. Owner-operators review the work. More on how we work.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes for a standard house visit. If the house needs a specific product, say so in the notes.
Pets?
Welcome. Tell the desk how they like the visit to go.
Payment?
Card through a Giddy Stripe account when that is live. Until then the desk will say how to pay after they review the request.
