Steep downtown Victorian stoops collect Table Mountain grit that looks picturesque until it is inside the parlor pile. Golden is inner-ring foothills: close enough for a Denver-based crew, specific enough that we plan for hills, tight streets, and CSM parking that moves a window. Sunrooms fade upholstery and soil it differently than a north room; fabric gets inspected before anyone floods it. Mesa Meadows two-stories add ordinary family stairs. Genesee and Lookout Mountain addresses are ZIP-checked — some are driveable, some are true mountain and out of range. We do not treat downtown Golden like a mountain town, but we do ask about grade and street parking before promising a truckmount.
