Steep Bergen Park and Marshdale drives are passable until they are not. First-snow-day cancellations are policy, not nerves. Send an honest grade note. We would rather move the cluster than slide a van into a ditch and take your mailbox with it. Shoulder-season mud can be as slick as snow; say if the drive is dirt. A pretty forecast does not override ice on a shaded switchback, and we will say so the night before.
Narrow Marshdale and downtown Evergreen roads often cannot host a truckmount. Portables still extract; they just ride differently. Cabin-style homes are usually yes if the drive is passable and water is clear. Conifer-facing ZIPs are a separate check.
