Pet odor and carpet cleaning along the Front Range
Enzyme treatment versus perfume, and when a couch is the real source of the smell.
Smell is chemistry, not a candle
If your living room smells like dog after you vacuum, the odor is in the backing and pad, not the air. We use enzyme chemistry on marked areas and a neutralizing rinse — not a cover scent that flashes off at altitude in a day. Tell the concierge you have pets even if there are no 'accidents you know about.' Oils still live in the primary sofa and the hall turn.
The couch is often guilty
Upholstery holds pet odor as well as carpet, sometimes better. A sectional that is never cleaned will re-smell a freshly extracted room in a week. Book them together. One dirty piece is a one-piece ticket.
When cleaning is not enough
If urine reached the pad in a concentrated spot, extraction helps and may not resurrect that square. We will tell you on site. Honesty is cheaper than a second visit that cannot do magic.
