Vacant is faster — and more honest
A Fresh Start package assumes heavier soil and fewer furniture moves. If the unit is empty, say so. If a sofa remains, add it. Property managers in Aurora, Thornton, and Boulder County can stack units on a single route day.
Checklist before you book
Power on, water on, heat on in winter, parking instructions, and whether the deposit photos already exist. We cannot extract a frozen unit or a building that locked the hose bib. Photos of stains you care about help — the concierge will attach them as notes on the ticket.
Same-week is common in the core
Denver, Aurora, Lakewood, and the north I-25 cities often have move-out windows inside a week. Castle Rock and Longmont are clustered; ask for the next belt day instead of assuming tomorrow morning.
